The Art of Convertible Living

Find the perfect convertible companion for your adventures.

Thu 19 May 2022

The perfect convertible companion for your BMW adventures. Which one will you choose?

A BMW Convertible has the power to transform itself. However, the simple act of opening the roof can also transform your entire journey. And it isn’t just about winding, picturesque country roads with quaint pubs. There’s another side to discover; a wilder and more vibrant side that magically converts the everyday into something special. Take a read...

BIG CITY LIGHTS.

The innovative BWW Air Collar found in the BMW M8 Convertible (as seen above), which circulates heated air around your neck while driving, means driving with the top down at night is a pure joy. Best of all, it allows you to enjoy the spectacular city lights above your head, which you normally miss.

REDISCOVER BRIDGES.

London’s Tower Bridge, Bristol’s Clifton Suspension Bridge, Newcastle’s Tyne Bridge: the UK is brimming with spectacular bridges, and there is no better way to experience their glorious architecture than from the seat of a BMW Convertible. We recommend the BMW M4 Convertible (as seen at bottom of the page); its strong lines and contoured surfaces will feel right at home on almost any bridge.

OPEN UP THE SILVER SCREEN.

Take the open air cinema experience to the next level by watching from the BMW 4 Series Convertible. It has star appeal, having picked up the Best Convertible’ award at the ‘WhatCar? Awards 2022, while also ensuring you stay super comfy throughout the film with electric seats in Vernasca leather and 3-zone air conditioning.

MAKE PARKING A THING, AGAIN.

Whether it’s sharing fish and chips by Brighton Palace Pier or sipping a morning coffee by Stonehenge or the Angel of the North, BMW Convertibles turn parking into a memorable moment. What’s more, the BMW 8 Series Convertible comes with premium multifunctional M Seats in Merino leather and Bower & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System … giving you a touch of luxury with your experience.

PERFECT VIEW.

Driving the BMW Z4 Roadster will always garner plenty of attention. However, if you really want to flaunt life, whether it's showing off your latest hair-do, those new sunglasses, your music, or even your dog’s new sunglasses, there’s no better way than by dropping the roof down. Technically speaking, having the top down does offer a tangible benefit to drivers, allowing for an unspoilt 360 view. But we prefer to see from the other side, where everyone else has a perfect view of you and The Z4.
