My car was booked in for a safety recall 3 weeks prior to my appointment. Dropped the car off , only to get a phone call 1 hour later to say that the component wasn't even in stock! I had to get a taxi to and from BMW for absolutely nothing!

It took a little more time than i would expect to get the car into the 'holding area' as only a single lane was in use. That was frustrating. A 90 minute drop off and wait time was nearer 180 minutes despite no additional work being required.

The booking process was easy, and the staff professional and courteous. The requested extras weren't done (fuel additive and body shop quote) not critical, it seemed a bit of a rush to get the car ready. Otherwise the service was excellent.

Brought my car in for repairs on handbrake and electrical connector and they refused to fix my car because of corrosion on the wires they wouldn't fix handbrake because of that I asked for new wiring harness and was told no they won't touch my car.
