Was notified right at the start that there would a waiting period while the car was shipped from South Africa, but kept informed during the various stages of shipping. On arrival into the country things progressed speedily under Sytner's control.

The whole process from start to finish went really smoothly from initial contact, to sourcing a vehicle, negotiating a price, and taking delivery. Mark made the handover go smoothly by explaining all the features of the car and setting it all up.

Purchase was fine with Edward however the handover was very disappointing, I purchased a second vehicle a week later and the handover here was exceptionally good. I was not taken through hardly any of the car and am still somewhat confused.

On arrival there were a few cars ahead of me however, the setup at the dealership; a 'drive in' service centre is just brilliant. On stopping the car i was promptly met by a service operative and everything just ran so smoothly.

There seems to be either a lack of communication or it's not being passed on between the 'app' and Sytner, Cardiff. As well as the above I ticked the box declining the complimentary car wash etc., but it was still carried out and not very well.

Very. Even IF I could find a BMW specialist and bodyshop (not sure if there is even a credible bodyshop in CF) I doubt they could match the skill levels AND have the customer care infrastructure in place, such as loan car, to make visit easy and fun.
