Two days after the car was returned the charging port came away. I was called about two hours after the car had been returned to tell me that my parts had arrived. My working hypothesis is that the car was returned to me with an incomplete job.

The last service visit was disappointing. What should have been a two hour small service visit took nearly five hours. Sytner Cardiff seemed to have a major systems outage. They were very apologetic. This was not typical based on my previous visits.

Very pleased with service and extras I requested on the early check in link. Think the early check in is a good feature. BMW did point out a few things that they felt need changing.I had a MOT a week previous. Will keep an eye and do some budgeting.

I first took my car in for an issue that was resolved using WD40 instead of the correct lubricant. A few days later,the same issue reappeared. It turned out to be a tyre replacement,which took nearly a week to fix. All of this seemed a bit amateurish

The problem was only resolved after visting the garage when Oz the master technician remotely dialled into the car to fault rectify. He was incredibly helpful and I would give him 5 stars personally for the level of service he provided .
