Delivery of my chosen vehicle was a little difficult due to logistic problems that were out of the control of BMW Cardiff. The staff onsite were apologetic at all times even though the circumstances were not of their making!

Our contact with BMW is only through recall , we find it an inconvenience to have to do a 70 mile round trip and stay in the city all day whilst you do the service needed on these cars that are recalled through no fault of ours .

Camera on the offside showed a fault but despite being only just out of warranty I paid £150 for diagnostic check resulting in need for software update - cost £180. You agreed to do for nothing but didn't my refund my £150. No goodwill on £100k car!
