I took the car in with no faults, the spark plugs were replaced with faulty parts causing the car to misfire. I then had to bring the car back in for them to be replaced. This massively inconvenienced me and meant that I had to take time off work.

Poor communication, did not complete all requests. Had the vehicle from 8 am, did not touch until 3.30 pm. App stated vehicle ready by 4 pm, receptionist said it would be ready by 5 pm. I waited in the showroom until 5.45 pm.

I booked my car in for the Thursday at 10am, I was informed at 2pm that work had only just stated and wouldn't be completed, so the car was rebooked for the following Tuesday. Tuesday, same again, started late and not complete. Rebooked August.
