I've lost trust and confidence in the branch for the above reasons and now also the brand as the gearbox and rear diff failed at 100,000 miles despite having a full service history. This breakdown led to me missing my friend's funeral and stranded.

Good booking service and provision of courtesy car.. However my car was driven for 20 miles in my absence. Also it was handed over with a puncture that they knew about and didnt mention. I had to drive it straight to kwik fit before driving home.

As I said above, I immediately felt pressure into paying for the work needed on my fully paid for, maintained lease car. I asked him to check that I didn't have to pay with lease company- and as expected, I didn't have to!
