A nearly 15 year old car goes in for an airbag recall, recall gets completed and car comes out clean whilst being informed of progress throughout the day. Can't fault that service.

Problems with wheel alignment generated as a result of previous work to replace steering rack (under recall from BMW) were fixed within the timeframe specified. Service manager ringing me the following day to check all was well was a nice touch.

Was a little delay with getting my headlight replaced under warranty as the part was not in stock on the day I dropped my vehicle in, the dealership offered a taxi home and compensation as I had to return the following day to collect my car.

The SOS Emergency Call System failure message my car was booked in for, despite diagnostic and rectification is still showing as a fault. I have been charged for the diagnostic, a new ECS battery and fitting but the fault remains.
