Technical expertise excellent, priority of triage needs to improve, why take out the exhaust to look at catalytic converters and look at seat wiring when you haven't confirmed the head gasket needs changing? A sniff test was requested. Negative, yay!

Can't be completely satisfied with a £1600 bill, I guess that's the joys of owning an M3 ??. Although I will give 5 stars due to the service received from Alison.
