Everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. On the day of delivery, Mark James was patient and understanding (with us having two young kids in tow). Everything I needed was thoroughly explained by Mark.

At the time of handover all seemed well, after returning home we found three scratches on the bonnet. After contacting Sytner Cardiff i was asked for photographs wich i sent , there was no response from Sytner.

The service area is extremely clean and highlights the care that is taken with your vehicle. My only suggestion would be to have the opportunity to meet the mechanic that actually serviced your vehicle so that you can ask any questions directly.

Couldn't have my windscreen wipers replaced, not the first time it happens, part not in stock. Hard to understand how a big car manufacture such as BMW doesn't have much in stock. If not for that would have been a 5.

It took 4 weeks to carry out works that didn't resolve the issues. Told works were completed only to find my vehicle was in worse condition that when taken. No interest from BMW Uk in the root cause that was first raised until original warranty.

I received a recall letter - the letter stated that if the engine management light and or a cooling error showed. The engine management light came on. I booked in as guided and you charged me for diagnostic as you said the fault wasn't with the EGR!

Very comfortable waiting area, attentive staff, and large parking spaces. I live in Fareham a long way from Cardiff but I elected to have my car serviced and maintained by BMW Cardiff because the service I received when I bought my M760 was exemplary
