I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am for the first service. There was a glitch in the system and my vehicle was not booked it. It was completed the following day. No loaner vehicle but I was discounted so greatful but service could have been better.

On this occasion I needed a replacement tyre because of a puncture that was not repairable. Sytner sourced the item and booked me in to have it fitted. The job was done very promptly and included a clean and valet. I was very happy with the outcome.

I dont trust you, I should of enjoyed my car and not worry about issues straight away. I have to order my own v5 log book. Over 2 months &, dvla said they have no details of me. Bmw told me it was done on the 7th May. Still not here over 10 weeks.

Booked the car in for 9am with a £4.86 discount on my MOT via the call centre person who contacted me. The reminder text said 8am, and had I not mentioned, I was going to be charged the full price. So a clear lack of very simple communication.

Good booking service and provision of courtesy car.. However my car was driven for 20 miles in my absence. Also it was handed over with a puncture that they knew about and didnt mention. I had to drive it straight to kwik fit before driving home.

I've lost trust and confidence in the branch for the above reasons and now also the brand as the gearbox and rear diff failed at 100,000 miles despite having a full service history. This breakdown led to me missing my friend's funeral and stranded.
